About this file
This is Amendment 1 to a fixed-price bid solicitation issued by the State of South Carolina through the Statewide Procurement Division for Ellucian ERP IT Consultants as a multi-agency statewide term contract. The solicitation requests IT consulting services for Ellucian ERP implementations to be provided as needed by different entities based on state-established Statements of Work unique to each specific project. Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis with no currently planned projects at the time of award. Some personnel categories have the option for remote performance, with the utilizing governmental unit determining whether onsite or remote personnel are required for each Statement of Work. Offers must be submitted online at http://www.procurement.sc.gov by December 6, 2022, at 11:00 AM EST. Questions from offerors must be received by November 15, 2022, at 12:00 PM EST, directed to Procurement Officer Faith Williams at fwilliams@mmo.sc.gov. Award will be posted on December 14, 2022.
Award will be made to all responsive and responsible offerors under fixed-price bidding methodology, with offerors required to bid at the state rate provided or less, and offers exceeding the maximum amount will be rejected. No budget has been established for this contract, and no mandatory subcontracting requirements or goals exist. The solicitation is an extension of incumbent contracts previously awarded under Solicitation 5400012302, and incumbents are eligible to resubmit proposals. There is no identified number of positions to be filled, as projects are determined on an as-needed basis. Offerors should not submit proposed candidates or resumes, and must limit responses to what is specifically requested in Section IV of the original solicitation. Offerors must submit signed copies of the solicitation cover page and acknowledge receipt of amendments; offers must remain open for a minimum of sixty calendar days after the opening date.
