This is an inventory assignment document for a joint purchase master contract for Telecom Voice Services - Modern Services, administered by the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services. The document details assigned telecommunications services across 102 Illinois counties, organized by service type and geographic location. Service offerings include POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service), SIP VOIP (Session Initiation Protocol Voice over Internet Protocol), PBX Trunk Service, Direct Dial Number Service, Primary Rate Interface Service, CTX ISDN Telephone Number Service, and various supplementary services such as SIP Toll Free Service and SIP with Hosted Voice Service. The inventory encompasses 19,681 service lines in Cook County, 21,615 in Sangamon County, and varying quantities across remaining counties, with county weight assignments ranging from 1 to 5 based on service concentration and complexity.

The document provides a comprehensive catalog of existing telecommunications infrastructure and current service assignments that form the baseline for the master contract. Each service line is identified by a unique inventory number, catalog group designation (BusLines, CntrxLines, or VOIP), specific service type, primary location reference code, street address, city, and county. The weighted county system appears designed to account for service volume and operational complexity in contract performance allocation and pricing adjustments. This inventory snapshot, dated July 16, 2026, establishes the scope of existing services that will transition to or continue under the new modern telecommunications services contract, ensuring service continuity across all identified Illinois government locations while potentially modernizing infrastructure and capabilities.
