About this file

This is an Evaluation Questionnaire attachment for the City of Oakland's Equipment Services Division Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeking qualified firms to provide vehicle decals, striping, and signage services. The solicitation covers vehicles used by the Fire Department, Police Department, Public Works, and other City divisions as determined by Fleet Services Division, applying to all vehicles owned and operated by the City of Oakland. The City intends to award contracts to multiple qualified vendors through this solicitation, with all work performed on an as-needed basis. The contract term is five years, and the City reserves the right to designate one or more Primary vendors and additional Secondary vendors based on evaluation rankings. The City makes no guarantee of minimum compensation or work volume to any awarded contractor.

The estimated contract value is $250,000.00 over the five-year period. Awards will be made to all responsive and responsible offerors whose proposals meet stated requirements and achieve a minimum evaluation threshold as determined by the City. Inquiries regarding this solicitation should be directed to John Lansangan, Buyer, at jlansangan@oaklandca.gov or (510) 238-6745. Offerors are responsible for ensuring they have received all RFQ packet documents and must adhere strictly to all instructions contained within the packet when preparing their bids.
