About this file
This document contains a past performance evaluation questionnaire template for a federal contractor to complete regarding prior contract performance. The questionnaire will be used to evaluate a contractor's performance on a previous Transportable Tactical Command Communications logistics support services contract for development of sustainment support packages for seven terminal variants. The contractor must provide details on compliance with requirements, project management effectiveness, timeliness, cost control, customer satisfaction, and any other relevant performance information. Respondents from the contracting agency will evaluate and comment on the contractor's responses. Completed questionnaires should be returned to the identified contracting officer by email.
This related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground for logistics and management support services on the Transportable Tactical Command Communications program. Questions are due by November 17, 2022 and this is an 8(a) competitive set-aside solicitation for a stand-alone commercial contract. The services required include support for developing logistics documentation to establish and maintain sustainment support packages for seven terminal variants.
