Site Visit Date: Thursday, June 13th at 1:00pm Central (US.) Site visit sponsor – Jonathan Lagerquist

1. Contractors are required to register to attend the site visit. The site visit is required for offer consideration.

1.1. If Contractors are not registered, they will not be permitted on the site visit. Registration has two parts, please see below.

1.2. The site visit registration deadline is Friday, June 7, 2024. Any registration documentation received after Monday June 7, 2024 will not be accepted.

2.1. Complete “Attachment 8 Fillable Site Visit Visitor Application.pdf” One for each attendee.

2.2. Note encryption instructions on the form.

2.3. Email completed Attachment 8 per instructions in Attachment 8.

Hard hat, yellow safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, mask, closed toed shoes [not sneakers], shoe covers and long pants.
