About this file
This document contains a government property report template to be completed by a contractor during contract performance. The report requires the contractor to record all government property received for the contract, including name, description, national stock number, and serial number. For each item, the contractor must record the value, receipt date, installation or consumption date, and current location. The contractor and government property administrator must sign upon completion of all disposition instructions for unused, serviceable, salvage, or scrap property. The completed report must accompany the contractor's final invoice.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for dock-side maintenance availability services for the USCGC JAMES (WMSL 754) in FY22. Offerors must submit quotes in accordance with instructions in the solicitation, including providing all required information in the specified format. Failure to show compliance with the instructions may result in exclusion from consideration. The Department of Homeland Security US Coast Guard is the contracting agency.
