About this file
The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a federal contract opportunity involving fire suppression system installation by the Department of the Interior National Park Service. The solicitation (140P5325R0008) is a 100% small business set-aside procurement for a firm-fixed price contract estimated between $250,000 and $500,000, with a 30-day performance period. The project requires vendors to submit a quote by May 9th, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST, with an optional site visit scheduled for April 17th, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.
The PPQ is designed to collect detailed performance evaluations from previous project references, with ratings covering areas such as corporate management, quality control, schedule adherence, and overall performance. Vendors are required to submit 2-5 past performance questionnaires completed within the last five years, with submissions sent electronically to Marilia_Mateo@nps.gov. The NAICS code is 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $19 million. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote meeting specification requirements.
