18. Contractor Responsibilities (includes all subs) to be onsite:

i. Provide ARS COR with Documentation including redacted test results for staff/workers entering from a designated High-Risk State.
b. Submit a Social Distancing Plan as part of the “Site Safety Plan.”
c. Ensure all employees comply with PPE requirements including Face Covers
d. Complete and document a daily “Wellness Check of employees onsite daily”
e. Notify ARS immediately of any Wellness failures – symptomatic or COVID19+
f. Complete daily check-ins and records of where and when workers are on the property including contact information for 30 days beyond the last onsite dates.
