Questions for clarification:

1) Will the government accept the past performance of both parties in a signed teaming agreement when evaluating Factor 2, Past Performance? COR Response: Will accept past performance of both parties in a signed teaming agreement.

2) Will the government provide a site plan showing the arrangement of the greenhouses in relation to the main building and one another? Location Response: Yes, See Attached.

3) The existing controls are “on/off” with communication to the BAS system. Is it the expectation of the government that this control strategy remains in place, or is a more elaborate system desired? Location Response: The current system used will remain in place, for the ridge vents contractor needs to confirm the wind speed detector/indicator functions correctly preventing the ridge vents from coming open.

4) Is there a desire for N+1 redundancy or is the existing strategy sufficient? COR/Location Response: The existing strategy is sufficient.

5) The existing system drains to ground. Is this an acceptable strategy for the new system or should excess cooling water be processed? COR Response: USDA will consider both strategies; award will be based upon which system provides the best value to the government.

6) Can Reverse Osmosis and softener reject water be plumbed to existing waste drain? Location Response: Yes, we currently send softener reject water to drains.

7) Will the contractor have access to government owned roof access equipment to access louvers, motor, and shafts from above? Location Response: scaffolding panels for the glass roof can be used, along with a single personnel lift, but utilizing Government Furnished Property will be "as-is" condition. Contractor shall be responsible for any breakdown repairs that occur during usage.

8) Is there currently a water treatment infrastructure in place? Location Response: The only water treatment in place for the water out to the greenhouses is Chlorine is added to the water. 9A and 9B have a water softener in place but it won't be reused for this project. No other treatment is being utilized.
