1- CLIN 001: Building 16 Basic Research Laboratory Storage (North)
Remove and dispose of existing overhead coiling door, guide track, motor opening devices and all associated components.
If existing electrical wiring is not UFC compliant, remove wire and conduit to panel. Install new overhead coiling door to match existing in size (10’-0” W x 10’-0” H, Contractor to verify size) and color. Door panels shall be insulated metal panels. Install all associated motors, guide rails and opening devices per manufacturer instructions. Install new electrical home runs, if applicable, in conduit to panel # P-022.
2- CLIN 002: Building 77 – Force Provide (2 Doors) Remove and dispose of two similar existing rolling service doors, including guide tracks, north and south. Existing doors are manual chain operation. Install new doors, guide tracks and motors. North and South configuration opens interior space from both sides.
