About this file
This document is an Area of Responsibility (AOR) attachment that defines the geographical scope for the Maintenance Support Services (MSS) contract at the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC) under contract W58RGZ-26-R-0029. The AOR encompasses seven locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, King Khalid Military City (KKMC), Kharj, Dammam, Khamis, Qassim, and Tabuk. Three locations serve as primary support sites: Riyadh (Program Management), Kharj (Supply Support Activity logistics), and Qassim (Initial Entry Rotary Wing training and Schweitzer 333 operations). Four mission maintenance operational support sites provide direct maintenance for Army Aviation aircraft: Khamis, Tabuk, KKMC, and Dammam, which support AH-64D/E Apache and UH-60A/L/M Blackhawk helicopters, with Tabuk also supporting CH-47 Chinook aircraft.
The contractor is responsible for assigning maintenance activities across these geographic locations according to RSLFAC mission requirements and airframe type, with flexibility to expand the AOR to additional sites as determined by mission needs and approved by the ACC-Redstone Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This AOR is cross-referenced with SOW Attachment 0005 "Capabilities and Missions by Location" to ensure alignment with contractual scope. The document was originally issued March 15, 2024, with subsequent revisions on April 16, 2024 (defining SSA acronym) and August 23, 2024 (updating format). It was prepared by Sean R. Rivers, COR, and approved by LaTonya Alford, Chief of Apache Division CENTCOM A.
