Evaluation Criteria

The Contractor shall demonstrate that their quote meets all of the criteria listed below to be considered technically acceptable.

Requirement Yes/No Contractor proposed removal of 250 ton and 275 ton existing chillers?

Contractor proposed 2 comparably sized replacement air cooled Trane chillers in accordance with the Statement of Work and justification and approval?

Contractor proposed chillers with complete Trane® lead/lag control capabilities to ensure all compressors and circuits run equally to maximize chiller efficiency?

Contractor proposed removal of two (2) VFD’s controlling chill water pumps?

Contractor proposed to provide and install two (2) new, appropriately sized, “Danfoss” VFD’s or equivalent, with matching manual bypass switches?

Contractor proposed to install two (2)

600 Amp 3‐pole transfer switches on the North outside wall of the mechanical room?

Contractor proposed to install one (1)

400 Amp 3‐pole transfer switch on the

North outside wall of the mechanical room?
