About this file

This is a Cost Proposal document for Negotiated Bid 27-88469 issued by the State of Indiana Department of Administration for trash services. The solicitation requests dumpster pickup services across two seasonal periods: March 1 through October 31 and November 1 through February 28. During the peak season (March-October), the State requires pickups for eleven 4-yard dumpsters and four 8-yard dumpsters, each serviced approximately twice weekly, totaling 720 and 280 pickups respectively. During the off-season (November-February), the State needs six 4-yard dumpsters serviced once weekly (102 pickups) and one 8-yard dumpster serviced once weekly (17 pickups). Respondents must bid on all line items and locations, with pricing submitted as unit price per pickup. The successful contractor will be determined as the lowest bidder meeting all required specifications.

All pricing must be all-inclusive, encompassing shipping, freight, delivery, and destination fees, with no additional charges accepted after award. Respondents must submit a working Excel file with completed yellow-shaded cells and provide a matching quote on company letterhead detailing proposed specifications. Bidders must review and respond to mandatory contract clauses outlined in the main solicitation document and declare any intent to claim confidential information. The State offers multiple procurement preferences including Buy Indiana, U.S. manufactured products, steel products, recycled materials, and small business preferences; respondents may select only one preference unless otherwise specified. Respondents not previously registered must complete Buy Indiana registration at least twenty business days before the submission deadline. The successful respondent will coordinate with each property to schedule delivery times and locations.
