About this file

This is a cover sheet for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the Region 4 and Oakridge ADA Ramps project. ODOT is soliciting proposals from eligible Price Agreement holders to provide Architecture and Engineering (A&E) and related services for the design and construction engineering support of accessible curb ramps. The scope of work encompasses completing design services from the conceptual design phase through the development of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E), along with construction engineering support to ensure the project complies with applicable accessibility standards. The project is intended to improve ADA accessibility in the specified regions through the installation of compliant curb ramps at multiple locations.

The cover sheet establishes the framework for proposal submissions from qualified firms currently holding approved Price Agreements with ODOT. Specific details regarding pricing terms, submission deadlines, selection criteria, contract term length, and funding amounts would be contained in the complete RFP documentation and supporting exhibits. Interested proposers should refer to the full solicitation documents, including the Scope of Work and any addenda, for comprehensive requirements and evaluation procedures.
