About this file

This is an Addendum No. 1 to ARFQ 0608 DCR2700000010 issued by the West Virginia Department of Commerce, Labor and Environmental Resources for the Replacement Boiler Tubes Project. The addendum modifies the original solicitation requirements and clarifies specifications for replacement boiler tube procurement and installation. Key modifications include revised technical specifications, updated material requirements, and clarification of scope items related to the boiler tube replacement work. The addendum addresses bidder questions submitted during the solicitation period and provides additional details on project deliverables, quality standards, and performance requirements to ensure bidders have comprehensive information for proposal preparation.

The addendum establishes or clarifies pricing considerations, including any adjustments to cost estimates and payment terms outlined in the original solicitation. It may address set-aside provisions, incumbent contractor information if applicable, and funding source documentation required for proposal submission. The document ensures all prospective bidders operate from the same baseline of information and technical requirements, reducing ambiguity in the bidding process and establishing uniform evaluation standards for all submissions received prior to the revised response deadline established in the addendum.
