About this file
The file is an Excel-based Professional Services Fee Proposal template for the Denver International Airport (DEN) Airport Office Building (AOB) Restack Design project. The comprehensive fee proposal spreadsheet provides detailed instructions for consultants to complete a multi-year professional services fee submission, covering project staffing, hourly allocations, assumptions, and expenses across five years. The template requires detailed data entry for prime and subconsultant staff, including their roles, hourly rates, project assignments, and justification for each position, with specific guidelines for completing each worksheet tab.
The fee proposal includes several key financial parameters, including a maximum annual rate increase of 5%, a subconsultant mark-up percentage of 5%, and an expense mark-up percentage of 5%. The document specifies a contract MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE goal of 30% and provides a structured approach for documenting staff billing rates, hourly planning, position assumptions, and reimbursable expenses. The template is designed to ensure precise cost tracking, with provisions for regular and overtime rates, specific cost breakdown structure (CBS) descriptions, and comprehensive documentation of staffing requirements and associated costs for the AOB Restack Design project.
