About this file

This document is Amendment #1 to Bid #26-426 for DOC-KEWAN-B-52491, issued by the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC). It consists of responses to vendor questions raised during a pre-bid conference for an HVAC maintenance and repair contract.

The contract covers maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment at a Department of Corrections facility. The equipment includes Trane RTA chillers, Taco pumps (which operate under a separate repair contract), Navian hot water heaters, Delta systems (some with upgrades and repairs completed, others pending), air handlers (some equipped with variable frequency drives and others without), and Kewanee boilers. In response to vendor inquiries, IDOC confirmed the equipment models but indicated that a complete asset list for the HVAC system would be provided pending internal verification. The document does not contain specific pricing, contract amounts, option periods, or service level details in this amendment.
