AED Protracker User Guide Summary
This document is a user guide for the AED Protracker software platform, a web-based program management tool developed by Second Chance Cardiac Solutions. The guide provides instructions for organizations and public entities managing Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to conduct periodic inspections, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage AED programs. The tool is accessible through multiple platforms, including direct web browsers at www.aedprotracker.com or www.sccsolutions.net, via QR code, or through email notifications.
The AED Protracker system enables users to log AED inspections, track accessory expiration dates, document AED usage in rescue events, manage multiple site locations and devices, and receive automated email reminders for maintenance and supply replacements. Key features include inspection logging capabilities for various AED models (such as Philips OnSite and ZOLL AED Plus), expiration date tracking with 30-day advance notifications, reporting functions for inspections and supplies, and customizable user profiles with notification preferences. Users access the system through login credentials (default password aed123), and the platform supports multiple user accounts with varying access levels. Technical support is available through the customer service phone line at 800-550-AEDS (2337). No pricing information, contractual terms, or renewal periods are specified in this instructional guide.

AED Protracker User Guide
This guide provides basic instructions for maintaining Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and logging periodic inspections as required by law. AEDs have life-saving potential if they are ready for a rescue;
conversely, an AED that is not ready for a rescue is a liability for the owner.
AED Protracker was created to provide cardiac solutions to help our clients provide a second chance to those in need. Our mission is to support rescuers through education, reliable service, integrity, quality AED supplies, and this easy-to-use, web-based AED Program management tool.
