About this file

This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 25-83101601-ITB for Natural Gas Supply issued by the Florida Department of Management Services, specifically Addendum No. 2 which provides revisions to the ITB and Scope of Work and includes a comprehensive Questions and Answers section. The addendum covers updates to MFMP training information, adds Attachment P (State of Florida Meter Location and Usage Report), and modifies the Financial Consequences Chart in the Scope of Work. The contract appears to cover natural gas supply for state facilities from January 1, 2023, to September 17, 2025, with potential renewal options.

The addendum reveals that the state is seeking a natural gas supplier for multiple facilities, with detailed reporting requirements including quarterly sales reports, transaction fee reports, and annual meter location and usage reports. Financial consequences are specified for late or incomplete reporting, ranging from $100 to $250 per day. The document indicates that specific delivery requirements will be set in individual Request for Quote (RFQ) or Purchase Order (PO) documents, and potential bidders are directed to Attachment P for meter locations and usage data. The state has existing transportation service agreements (FTS-1 and FTS-2) and an Asset Management Agreement (AMA) to handle capacity transitions, though many specific details about peak demand, capacity, and future usage were noted as unknown by the department.
