About this file

This is Addendum 1 to a solicitation for audio/visual services for the Governor's Conference 2026 issued by the State of West Virginia. The addendum clarifies and modifies requirements for the provision of comprehensive audio/visual support services for the conference event. Key modifications include updates to technical specifications, equipment requirements, and service delivery standards that bidders must incorporate into their proposals. The addendum establishes revised timelines and procedures for bid submission and evaluation, ensuring all prospective vendors operate under consistent and updated parameters. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum and confirm compliance with all amended requirements in their formal bid submissions.

The addendum addresses pricing methodologies, performance standards, and deliverable specifications that impact proposal preparation and cost estimating.
