About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to SEPTA's (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) Sealed Bid Solicitation No. 26-00167-AHAC for a Salesforce Licensing Provider. The addendum addresses questions received regarding the solicitation and must be acknowledged through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System (EPS). The deadline for receipt of bids is Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The contract term is confirmed as two years from Notice to Proceed, clarifying conflicting duration information that appeared in the original solicitation documents where the invitation letter stated three years while other sections indicated two years or 730 calendar days.
Regarding pricing terms, vendors are required to provide pricing for one year's estimated usage for each year of the contract for usage-based line items such as Platform Login and App Dev Credits and Business Rules Engine Calls, which are billed monthly in arrears. The pricing structure includes an annual true-up mechanism, with any overages from year one to be billed against year two, and any year two overages to be resolved through a change order process. SEPTA has indicated it does not anticipate any overages for the specific license types included in this solicitation. All inquiries regarding this opportunity must be directed to Heather Casullo, Senior Contract Administrator in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department.
