About this file
This is a bid price submission form for Washington State Contract #25423 for Graffiti Removal Services. The document is submitted by Action Pressure Washing LLC and establishes pricing structures across multiple geographic regions and counties within Washington State. The bidding process allows contractors to submit bids for any or all specified contract categories and geographic areas, with separate bidding tracks for standard regional awards and reserved awards designated for small and veteran-owned businesses.
The contract encompasses four primary service categories: Painters Labor (prevailing wage plus percentage markup), Nozzleman Labor for pressure washing (prevailing wage plus percentage markup), Paint and Supplies (cost plus percentage markup), and Pressure Washing Supplies (cost plus percentage markup). Bidders must reference Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (LNI) prevailing wage rates for journey-level Building Service Employees performing graffiti removal services. The standard regional bidding structure covers seven regions (Olympic, Northwest, Southwest, South Central, North Central, and Eastern), while the reserved county-based awards encompass all 39 Washington counties. Action Pressure Washing LLC is required to input percentage markups for each labor category and supply component for the regions or counties in which they intend to bid, with total markups automatically calculated by the submission form. Mileage reimbursement is available when contractors travel outside their principal place of business jurisdiction.
