The underlying contract opportunity seeks a professional cleaning service vendor to perform one annual intensive preventive maintenance and detailed deep cleaning of all computer equipment, cables, cabinets, surfaces, and dispatch consoles within the ICC and TSA areas on the second level of the facility. The service scope includes vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing reachable interior and exterior surfaces of computers, monitors, peripherals, radio systems, dispatch consoles, hardware modules, control units, wiring, cabling, and workstation areas. The selected vendor must demonstrate expertise in high-tech, mission-critical environments and possess specific knowledge of pneumatic desk systems. Critical requirements stipulate that all cleaning activities must be performed without interrupting active dispatching operations, causing equipment disconnection, or damaging sensitive electronic components and data connectivity systems.
