Officer at any time within the contract period. The actual performance of the work may extend beyond the contract period for a maximum of three (3) months.

(c) Any order issued during the effective period of performance of this contract and not completed within that period shall be completed by the Contractor within the time specified in the individual order. The contract shall govern the

The assessment is not subject to the Disputes clause of the contract, nor is it subject to appeal beyond the review and comment procedures described in the guides on the CPARS website. Refer to: www.cpars.gov for details and additional information related to CPARS, CPARS user access, how contract performance assessments are conducted, and how Contractors participate.
