Can 1 person fullfill all the leadership requirements (QCM, Safety Manager, Project Manager)? Can this one qualified individual be assinged to supervise the entire contract or does the government require site specific supervision per location?
-One person cannot perform the 2 nor 3 of these functions. There must be at least 3 different individuals
-One QCM, One Safety Manager, and One Project Manager are required for the Contract. These are 3 different individuals at a minimum to perform these duties.
-If the Contractor proposes to add additional personnel to perform these 3 functions, that is part of their Means and Methods for executing the services of the SOW and Frequency Table requirements.
-Vendors may propose the amount of personnel is sufficient to satisfactorily fullfill the leadership requirements to include site specific supervison per location.
If not one person to supervise the entire project will the governement please specity how many supervisors are required?
The number of Supervisor’s required is subject to the Means and Methods for the Contractor to effectively manage the Contract.
