About this file
This is an Exhibit A pricing schedule for the City of Fort Worth's RFP 26-0066 for Emergency Management Services (EMS) Billing Services to be administered by the Financial Management Services Department. The contract encompasses billing and collections services for EMS, with an initial term running from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2030. The contractor will be required to submit monthly reports detailing all services performed and total net collections as specified in the associated Scope of Services document.
Compensation for this contract is structured as a percentage of net collections, with proposers required to submit their proposed percentage for each contract term. This percentage-of-revenue approach represents the contractor's total and all-inclusive compensation for all services required under the scope of work, and it is the sole form of compensation unless additional fees are expressly identified in the proposal, itemized in a cost schedule, and approved in writing by the City prior to contract execution. The total annual cost is variable and dependent on call volume, payer mix, and collections performance. All payment requests are subject to City approval based on submitted documentation at the time of invoice, with monthly payment frequency specified for each contract term.
