About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Number 3) for a Recruitment Services contract between the State of North Dakota, acting through its Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office (STATE), and Academic Search (CONTRACTOR). The amendment was executed on December 13-15, 2023, modifying the existing contract originally commenced on February 25, 2020.

The amendment primarily addresses two key areas: insurance requirements and contract renewal. Pursuant to 2021 House Bill 1057, insurance requirements have been updated, including increasing commercial general liability coverage to $2,000,000 per occurrence, adjusting employer's liability insurance, and removing automobile liability insurance requirements. The contract term is extended to December 31, 2024, with the parties noting that two previous twelve-month renewals have been completed and this amendment represents the final renewal, though an additional twelve-month extension remains possible. All other terms of the original contract remain in effect.
