Copies will be provided to SBRF for review before final version is completed.

MARAD will work with the contractor and provide required documentation to update the SWPPP. All SWPPP revisions require updated fleet and vessel diagrams/maps, listing of contaminant sources, inspection form revisions for new and existing vessels, removal of departed vessels, and moderate revisions to SWPPP sections related to sampling and sampling data, BMP and SOP revisions and additions.

If the SWPPP only contains minor revisions it shall be completed and submitted to SBRF for review at a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the submittal of the Annual Report. When analytical results do not exceed the Target Levels, a Sampling Report shall be prepared instead of an Exceedance Report. The report(s) shall discuss the findings, look at trends and anomalies, analyze SWPPP sampling performance and BMP effectiveness, and suggest BMPs designed to improve stormwater runoff quality. Reports are expected to be prepared, within 60 days from receiving from MARAD, stormwater laboratory analysis results from qualifying rain events.

These lab results will be provided by SBRF or SBRF’s contracted environmental lab.

If a fair and equitable price can be agreed upon by both parties to perform the supplemental work, the COR and/or Contracting Officer (CO) may issue a Delivery Order to the Contractor which authorizes the Contractor to perform that work.
