About this file
This solicitation seeks qualified vendors for the Federal Aviation Administration's William J. Hughes Technical Center Construction Qualified Vendor List. Vendors may qualify in one of ten construction-related categories including general construction, mechanical and HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, fire protection, telecommunications, roofing, and asbestos, mold, and duct cleaning remediation services. The qualified vendor list will be in effect for approximately ten years from establishment on May 31, 2024. Interested small businesses should submit qualification proposals by February 20, 2024 for evaluation and inclusion on the basic ordering agreement, which will govern individual fixed-price task orders for recurring projects up to $250,000 to be set aside competitively for small disadvantaged businesses. Current qualified vendors must reapply for the new list, which is intended to streamline procurement of future technical center construction requirements.
