About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment for the PeopleSoft Enhanced Application Security contract (#060) between the State of North Dakota, specifically involving the Information Technology Department and the Office of Management and Budget State Procurement Office, and GreyHeller, LLC as the contractor. Amendment Number 3 details modifications to the existing contract's terms and conditions.
The original contract commenced on October 29, 2015, with an initial three-year term and three options to renew for up to twelve months each. Two renewal options were previously executed, extending the contract to October 29, 2020. This amendment renews the contract for an additional twelve months, changing the expiration date to October 29, 2021. The contract now has no remaining renewal options but retains one potential extension of up to twelve months. All other terms of the original contract remain unchanged, and the amendment is authorized under the contract's merger and modification clause, requiring written agreement signed by both parties.
