Required deliverables include completion of all startup activities, monthly reports within five business days detailing plan payments, distributions, and balances by participant, annual year-end administration reports, and immediate notification of significant administrative problems within ten business days. The Agency for Community Transit will remain the plan sponsor, and reasonable administrative expenses will be paid by the Owner unless the Owner determines costs should be borne by participants or any established trust fund. The contract does not specify pricing terms, set-aside requirements, incumbent information, contract duration, or renewal options in this scope of work document.
