About this file
This document is Addendum Number 1 to Invitation Number 540-19 issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) on November 2, 2018, for a Statewide Parts Management contract. The addendum was prepared by Thomas P. Pannett, Administrator of the Office of Contracts, and is addressed to potential vendors participating in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
The addendum indicates there were non-material but numerous changes to the original RFP and notes that Attachment A, the Parts Agreement, can now be accessed separately and will be incorporated into the RFP. The document confirms that the proposal due dates remain unchanged and that vendors do not need to sign or include the addendum in their bid. By submitting a bid proposal, vendors are agreeing to all requirements, including those outlined in this addendum. The contract appears to be for statewide parts management services, though specific details about the scope, pricing, or contract terms are not provided in this document.

Addendum Number: 1 Invitation Number: 540-19 Commodity: Statewide Parts Management
Date Issued: 11/02/18
Dear Vendor:
Please be advised that there were non-material but numerous changes to the referenced RFP. Therefore, this addendum will supplant the prior proposal. There have also been concerns with accessing Attachment A, the Parts Agreement. Thus, you can now access the Agreement separately and it is to be incorporated into the RFP.
If you have questions or concerns, please notify the Department as soon as possible.
Currently there is no intent to change the dates that proposals are due.
It will not be necessary for you to sign or include this addendum in your bid. By signing the bid proposal you are agreeing to all requirements of the bid proposal, including all addenda.
Respectfully, Thomas P. Pannett Administrator, Office of Contracts cc: file
