About this file

This is a Small Business Goal Worksheet provided by the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) for a Private Public Partnership Cargo Facility RFP at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport in Minnesota. The worksheet is designed to be completed by proposers and submitted with their proposals on the MAC procurement portal. The document requires proposers to demonstrate good faith efforts and commitment to meeting small business goals that will be determined once the construction scope is finalized. Proposers must provide complete company information, including name, mailing address, contact person, phone, fax, and email, along with an authorized representative's signature and title.

The worksheet requires proposers to address six specific areas demonstrating their small business support capabilities: how they would divide project work into smaller tasks to maximize small business participation; their typical methods for finding and soliciting small business involvement; documentation of three projects from the past five years with small business goals, including whether goals were met or exceeded; historical efforts to assist small businesses in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, and insurance; historical efforts to help small businesses obtain equipment, supplies, materials, and related services; and any additional comments for MAC's consideration. The form serves as evidence of the proposer's capacity and willingness to meet future small business participation requirements for the construction phase of this partnership opportunity.
