About this file

This document is Amendment 1 to an Information Technology Professional Services Contract (Contract 095) between the State of North Dakota, acting through its State Procurement Office, and DatamanUSA LLC. The amendment was executed on 1/20/2025 and 1/21/2025 by the respective parties.

The amendment extends the original contract's termination date from September 30, 2025, to September 30, 2027, with no further extensions or renewals permitted. Additionally, the amendment updates insurance requirements in accordance with 2021 House Bill 1057, which increases statutory caps on state liability. Specifically, the insurance requirements now mandate a commercial general liability coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence and employer's liability or "stop gap" insurance of at least $2,000,000 as an endorsement on workers compensation or commercial general liability insurance. All other terms of the original contract remain unchanged.

The Contract terminates September 30, 2025 with provisions to extend the Contract for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
