About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a small business set-aside procurement of HVAC equipment and related services. The solicitation requires vendors to submit quotes for specific items including a 5.0T Air Conditioner, high-capacity filters, a voltage monitor, unit modification labor, and a full unit "clear" coating. Contractors must provide complete pricing for all line items, include specification sheets demonstrating compliance with requirements, and submit a signed Military Standard 129R Marking and Shipping Label document. The procurement is for the Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Southwest, with delivery required within 45 calendar days, and will be awarded on a lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Quoted products must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant, and contractors must have an active SAM.gov account and use either GSA Order Management Services or Electronic Data Interchange for order tracking.
