Participants must have either a valid driver’s license or passport with a picture ID to gain access to the Site Visit.
Participants will be required to sign in at the site visit.
4. Date and Time of Site Visit:
DATE: 29 November 2017 (Wednesday)
ARRIVAL: NO LATER than 9:45 AM to be processed through Security.
SITE VISIT Starts Promptly at
10:00 AM
5. SITE VISIT INFORMATION:
Offerors shall arrive no later than 9:45 AM at the lobby of the Orville Wright Building, at 800 Independence Ave, SW, Washington, DC to begin the security screening process. The site visit will begin promptly at 10:00 AM, and is expected to be completed by 11:00AM.
A Government issued, valid picture I.D. is required for entry into the site. Driver’s license preferred.
Cameras, cell phones with cameras and recording devices will NOT be allowed. If any pictures are requested, the
GSA representative will determined if required and will provide to all offerors via Fedbizopps.
Do not bring anyone on the tour whose required information was not submitted to GSA. They will not be permitted to enter the site or join the tour.
Offeror's representative must remain with the tour at all times. Offeror's representatives must NOT deviate from the tour route, enter unauthorized spaces, make noises, speak loudly, touch or disturb Government property and/or disrupt Government operations while on the tour.
Offerors may bring paper and pencils to write questions for submissions per RFI Instruction Sheet. Do not ask questions regarding scope issues during the tour. All such questions shall be formally submitted in writing.
Offerors are not permitted to note or sketch any information deemed sensitive but unclassified (SBU).
Wear comfortable shoes.
