About this file
This document is a Subcontractor Consent Form for the release of past performance information to a prime contractor for Solicitation 47PH0823R0003 issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Service (PBS) Region 7. The form allows subcontractors to consent or decline to have their past performance information shared with the prime contractor during the source selection process. The related federal contract opportunity is for a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract for construction, repair, and alteration services, with design-build and incidental abatement, to be performed in GSA/PBS Region 7 covering Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The procurement is set aside for small businesses, with awards staggered by 12 geographic zones. Task orders will range from $2,000 to $5,000,000, with different maximum order limits for contracts in the small projects pool versus the large projects pool. The base IDIQ contracts will be awarded using best value tradeoff procedures, with technical factors more important than price.
