U.S. General Services Administration PBS, Great Lakes Region, Definition of Similar Project:

A "similar” project is defined as one which includes renovation/buildout of construction projects within occupied historic facilities with a minimum project cost of $3 Million. The work shall generally include demolition of existing structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, abatement of hazardous materials, structural system modifications, new architectural improvements, and modifications to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator, and fire protection systems
