2. Section C.1.1 (i) includes keycard systems, are these part of the scope?
a. No, this will be removed in an upcoming amendment to the solicitation.
3. Section C.1.1 lists some items as N/A, what does that mean?
a. Those items are not applicable to this procurement and are not covered under the scope of the contract.
4. Section C.4.1 of the Pre-Proposal Conference Agenda stated that the Contractor must submit an initial deficiency list (IDL) report not later than 30 days prior to contract performance, this conflicts with Section C.5.3 which states the IDL be submitted at the end of the transition phase. The transition phase is a period that lasts 15 days prior to the contract start date, when should the IDL report be submitted?
a. The pre-proposal conference agenda erroneously includes a sentence that is not in the solicitation. Section C.5.3 of the solicitation lists the accurate time the IDL shall be submitted to the CO or their designee, which is by the end of the transition phase.
i. C.5.3 (f) Develop and submit to the CO or their designee by the end of the transition phase the initial deficiency report, including an itemized estimate for correcting each deficiency as described in Section C.4., Existing Deficiency Inspection/Initial Deficiency List.
