About this file
The document is an Attachment B - Scope of Work for a CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Survey contract issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. The procurement seeks a single vendor to conduct consumer satisfaction surveys for health plan enrollees, dental plan enrollees, and medical home patients. The contract is structured for a 5-year term, with vendors required to guarantee pricing for the first year. The solicitation will award to the highest-scoring responsive and responsible offeror through a competitive selection process.
The survey contract appears focused on gathering comprehensive consumer feedback across different healthcare delivery systems. While specific survey methodologies are not detailed in this attachment, the scope suggests a robust data collection effort targeting patient experiences and satisfaction levels. The procurement emphasizes vendor qualifications and the ability to effectively execute a statewide consumer assessment survey across multiple healthcare sectors. Pricing stability is emphasized through the one-year pricing guarantee, and the competitive selection process indicates a rigorous evaluation of potential survey implementation approaches.
