About this file
This document is a template for a Notice of Vendor Pool Task Order Award from the State of North Dakota, designed to be used by state agencies when selecting a vendor for a specific project through a task order process. The template provides a standardized framework for communicating the results of a vendor selection to all participants who submitted project proposals, with provisions for a seven-day protest period before finalizing the task order.
The template does not specify specific goods or services, pricing, or contract details, as it is a generic document intended to be customized by the issuing agency. It outlines a procedural approach for awarding a task order, including instructions for notifying vendors of the selected proposal, emphasizing that the successful vendor should not commence work until both the vendor and the state have signed the task order. The document includes placeholders for agency-specific information such as contact details, task order request number, and names of participating vendors.
