About this file

This document is a template for a Notice of Vendor Pool Task Order Award for the State of North Dakota, intended to be used by a state agency or institution when announcing the selection of a vendor for a specific task order. The template provides a standardized format for communicating the intent to award a contract to a successful vendor after evaluating project proposals submitted in response to a Task Order Request.

The template outlines a process where multiple vendors submit project proposals, and the agency selects the most advantageous proposal. The notice includes provisions for a seven-calendar-day protest period during which interested parties can submit written protests. The successful vendor is instructed not to begin work, purchase materials, or enter into subcontracts until both the vendor and the state have signed the Task Order. The document is designed to be customized with specific details such as the agency name, task order request number, date, vendor names, and contact information.
