About this file

This document contains an addendum to specifications for a traffic coatings project and information on a related federal contract opportunity to construct a parking structure for patient access at a VA medical center.

The addendum revises Section 07 18 00 of the specifications for a high-solids, fluid-applied, polyurethane traffic coating system. It provides details on product requirements, surface preparation, mixing, application procedures, warranties, and environmental conditions for the work. The opportunity notice indicates the Department of Veterans Affairs plans to solicit proposals for and award a firm-fixed-price construction contract between $10-20 million for the parking structure project. The solicitation will be advertised as a total SDVOSB set-aside and issued in late July to early August 2020, with a 487-day period of performance. Questions must be submitted in writing by the specified date.
