About this file

This document is an Amendment to Solicitation for Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning services at VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHS). The amendment extends the solicitation response due date to 04-21-2025 at 15:00 PDT and the question submission deadline to 04-14-2025 at 13:00 PST. The solicitation covers window cleaning for multiple buildings, with specific details provided in a comprehensive Q&A section addressing contractor requirements, scheduling, and site-specific conditions.

Key details include: work will primarily involve after-hours interior window cleaning, contractors can use on-site water sources, no special cleaning solutions are required, and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will inspect completed work. The project involves window cleaning across multiple buildings, with some buildings requiring lifts for access. Contractors must coordinate schedules with the VA, particularly for cleaning interior windows in offices and exam rooms, and will need to follow safety protocols including a pre-work safety briefing. No specific window dimensions were provided, but square footage calculations were performed using architectural drawings.
