About this file

This document outlines the process for contractors to obtain badges required for access to the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center facility in Aurora, Colorado. Contractors must provide personal information to the contracting officer's representative to initiate the enrollment process. They will then receive an email to schedule an enrollment appointment where they must be fingerprinted and provide identification documents. After attending the appointment, contractors must notify the COR and will then receive an email to schedule a badge pickup appointment. Upon picking up their badge, contractors must have it programmed at the medical center and again notify the COR that they have been badged and are ready to begin work. The related federal contract opportunity is for solicitation 36C25924Q0007 for EHRM NextGen WiFi services through the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration VISN 19.
