Questions—36C25922Q0003 Patient Lift Site Prep Q1: How many rooms will be made available at one time to complete install?

A1: We anticipate having 2-3 rooms available.

Q2: If multiple rooms will be worked at one time, how many install crews will be onsite at any given time?

A2: There will only be one installation crew on site.

Q3: Will "As Built" drawings be required at the end of this project?

A3: The installation team will handle the “As-Builts” Q4: How many of the rooms where a new lift will be installed have "hard ceilings"?

A4: There are 3 rooms that have “hard ceilings”. These are identified on page 27 of 43 of the drawings.

Q5: Will the outlets to be installed require a dedicated circuit?

A5: The outlets should be installed on an emergency power circuit.

Q6: What is the install contractor's work schedule?

A6: The installation team will be coming from out of town so they can work extended hours but during the day. If something outside of that is necessary, we can try to work that out. They usually do work in 10 day rotations (Tuesday through the following Thursday).

Q7: Will the very detailed scheduling requirements noted in the Specs be required for this project?

A7: No. There will need to be a schedule worked out with the installation team and a plan to have complete by the end of the contract, but it does not need to be to the detail in the Specs.
