Power Study
| Attachment E - Level of Effort |
| The level of effort shall be appropriate to the proposed approach in the Offeror’s technical quote. The Offeror has the ability to add additional labor categories to align with their technical approach. The Offeror must specify which labor category applies to labor performed by: (1) The Offeror; (2) Subcontractors; and/or (3) Divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the offeror under a common control. Under no circumstances shall any pricing be included in the Technical Capability. |
