About this file

The amendment provides clarification to questions from offerors, including applicable wage determinations and labor categories. It also revises the price schedule to remove the need for offerors to provide pricing for travel costs. The solicitation is for a single-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract covering telecommunications and data installation work at multiple Department of Veterans Affairs facilities in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia over a three-year base period and two one-year options. Offerors are required to propose fully burdened hourly rates for various labor categories. The revised due date for proposals remains March 10, 2021.

Answer 10: Yes, please include recent and relevant contracts including contract numbers, POCs with telephone numbers and other info. Individuals new to the company who bring past performance, such as a project manager, will be considered. However, ensure the company as a whole has the applicable experience and not overly reliant on a single new employee past experience.
