About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a telecommunications infrastructure contract. The amendment provides clarification on questions and revises the price schedule. Offerors are instructed to submit any questions by March 2, 2021 regarding Solicitation 36C10F21R0012 for a single-award, firm-fixed price IDIQ contract covering telecommunications and data drops work at multiple Department of Veterans Affairs buildings in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia over a three-year period consisting of a base year and two option years. The revised price schedule consolidates pricing for labor categories including project manager, cable splicers, cable technicians, and inventory management technicians by year. Offerors are to propose fully burdened hourly rates for each labor category and year that will be evaluated to determine the lowest total price offer. An allowance for materials will also be added to the contract by the agency.
