About this file

This document is an instructional guide for entering reseller contract information in a procurement system. The document does not specify particular states, agencies, consortiums, or jurisdictions, but provides general procedural guidance for users working with reseller contracts within what appears to be a government contracting platform.

The document focuses on the technical process for locating and entering contract identification numbers when working with reseller suppliers. It explains that when a reseller is listed as the supplier, the standard Contract ID field will not display available contracts. Instead, users must utilize the Reseller Contract ID field, which shows all contracts available for all resellers rather than being limited to a specific reseller. The procedure involves entering the contract number in the "Buying Agreement ID" field to search for the appropriate contract ID for the supplier, then selecting the contract number when located. The document includes visual references to screenshots demonstrating this process but does not contain information about specific goods, services, pricing terms, or contract amounts.

Entering Reseller Contract IDs

When a reseller is listed as the supplier, you will not see the contract appear in the Contract ID field.

Instead, you should look to the right of the contract ID field, and see the Reseller Contract ID field.

This will show you all contracts available for all resellers, not just the ones for this reseller. Enter the contract number in the “Buying Agreement ID” field to search for the contract ID for this supplier.

When found, click on the contract number to select it.
